Not communicating with TCM?

Shift selector locked in park rats chewed wires, replaced top plug on transmission and various other wires, is there another plug in on the transmission?

Yep, rats are rough on cars :/ There is only one wiring connector on the transmission, I would check the fuses (4) and grounds to make sure they are all working, here is a guide to help and and I have included the TCM wiring daigrams so you can see how the system works and which fuses to check.
