1995 Honda Accord Wagon
4 cylinder. My problem is the engine cranks but does not start. I looked online and found that I should check the PGMFI relay. I replaced the relay and the car started on the second attempt. I let it sit overnight and had the same problem the next day. I found that make, model and year had the last of the original OB1 plug. The Internet suggested I short out the 2 pins and count the number of blinks on the check engine light. The results were, the check engine light gave me a code of 12 the D4 indicator gave a code of 14 and the ABS light flashed 12. While jumping the 2 pins (OB reader) I heard what sounded like a solenoid thud, the car started right up. I let it sit overnight and the next day it was back to the same crank no start routine, I shorted the OB pins, after about 15 seconds I heard the thud again and the car started right up. That's where I stand right now. I need some help, is it another bad relay? I'm wondering if that will continue to work or what would you suggest?
Thank you,
Bill

Hi Bill, the first thing I would do is remove the ignition distributor cap and looks for rust colored dust, this means the ignition distributor is going out. Please unload an image of the inside of the distributor so I can see it. Also, please go over this video.
