Noisy radiator cooling fan

When i switch on AC the radiator cooling fan runs smoothly, but after a while it becomes noisy.

Perhaps the bearing/bushing is going bad.

This will be a sealed motor, best option is to replace the fan motor. they do not usually give much of a problem, so a used unit from a wrecker should be fine.
