Please see if you can hear it. I adjusted the speed higher and lower while driving so you can hear the difference, noise goes away after it is turned off. Is this common issue on these cars?

Hello,

It sounds like the blower fan might be rubbing against the shroud or could have a faulty bearing. As you can hear the frequency goes down when you lower the speed.
You might have to do an inspection of the blower fan and check to see if it has excessive play, or it has any type of wear along the fan from rubbing against the shroud.
If the bearing is bad then you will have to replace the blower fan to fix the issue.
The blower motor is located behind the glove box (see diagram).

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
