Noise coming from the front of engine

There's a high pitch whistling or whining sound coming from the front of the engine. When I push on the accelerator it doesn't go away, it just goes a little quieter to let it off the gas, it gets loud again very loud.

Hello,

It sounds like you might have a problem with the serpentine belt or tensioner bearing.
A quick check would be to remove this belt and start the engine, see if the noise is gone.

Hello,

This could be due to a pulley or the serpentine belt.
The belt noise can change frequency with the engine speed.
One thing you can try is to spray belt dressing on the belt while the engine is idling. If the noise changes, then you will know the issue is the belt.
