Jacked the car on stands took tires off and felt the noise on inner tie rod. Struts, tie rods, ball joints, etc., all original.

Ball joints and tie rods seem tight and no play. Tested with pry bar and while wheels were in air.

I know strut plates can make a noise but it does not sound like that. It actually sounds like rubber squealing.
Anyhow, is it just the left side and only while turning right?
Have you tried greasing the lower ball joint? Assuming of course there is even a grease fitting. If you disconnect both outer tie rods and just turn the steering wheel and rack, not the wheels, will it still make this noise?
If so, disconnect the rack input shaft from the steering column shaft and listen if it still does it or not.
