Noise when turning right only

This started three months ago. When i turn right only it makes a hum or squeal stays the same speeding up or anything. Never gets louder same just when i turn right. What could this be? I know it has electronic steering if that is helpful. Any help please.

This is most likely a CV axle joint. Here is a guide that will help with this:
