noise when pressing brake/clutch pedal

I have noticed lately a noise when press/depress brake pedal , it's sounds like I hit on something, could you tell me please what could it be , maybe transmission matter ?

I don't think it is related to the transmission in any way. You need to check the brakes to make sure everything is in good condition.
