Hi,
Since it happens on startup, I suspect the accessory drive belt is loose. The alternator has a heavy load at first startup, so if the belt is slightly loose, it certainly can make the noise.
I'm not sure which engine you have, but if I recall, both have a mechanical belt tensioner at the alternator bracket. First, see if the belt is loose. If it is, try tightening the belt at the adjustor on the alt bracket. See pic 1 below for directions.
