Noise in the front wheels when turning the steering wheel?

When I turn the steering wheel of my vehicle listed above 2 CC to the right or left, there's a noise coming from the outside, in both front wheels. Like it is stretching and going to break. I replaced the tie rods and the stabilizer bars, but I still hear the noise. Could anyone help me figure out what the problem might be? I couldn’t attach a video of the sound...

Yep, I would not drive it until the noise is fixed. This is either the lower ball joints or the top bearing plate for the strut. With this many miles it can be either one, the ball joint issue is more serious because they can let go and cause the suspension to become undone which is serious safety hazard.
