Chirping noise from inside right front side of van. Stops when brakes are applied. Just had rotors and pads replaced. Doesn't make noise if I push up and down on car so I've eliminated suspension. Tore apart front fender well and tightened all screws and bolts

This could be a couple things, I would probably first take it back to the place who did the breaks and have them look at it. If you take it anywhere else this could eliminate and liability on their part. This may end up being a simple fix as a wear indicator or something small. Take it back to them and let me know how it goes.

Well if the noise was not present before and then apparent after the work was done, it sounds like a brake issue. It could be the wear indicator, did you take it back and have them look at it?

Sorry for causing the confusion. It was chirping way before the brakes and rotors were changed. Your first suggestion about brake pads was where I thought the problems was. It still makes the same noise from what seems like the right side interior of the van. Any suggestions?

There was a bulletin from Mazda about the coil spring contacting/rubbing the inner fender liner. If you see a shiny part on the coil, near the top then that's the problem. I have attached an image also. Lets check this and then go from there
