Noise in engine bay?

After finishing the ac compressor replacement i hear this sound and not sure what it is. Whe i touch this oiece in the video i feel it.

It sounds like the AC compressor clutch is touching the hub. Can you confirm the compressor is working during this video or not?

So the compressor is engaged? The hub I am referring too is the compressor bearing hub. I would remove the drive belts and start the engine for a brief moment to see if the noise is gone.

The noise is coming from above the intake where i held my finger.

Hmmm that is a good one, I have never heard that before. It can be the fuel pressure regulator, try unplugging it to see if the noise changes.
