Noise in dash

With car on there is a noise in the dash. when I remove keys from ignition the noise is still there. it will come and go.now my battery is draining over night. took it to AutoZone they said the battery is fine and so is the alternator. this noise is really annoying it’s like something is tightening up maybe or trying to connect. I don't know it’s weird.

Engine is a 2.8 liter.

If the battery light isn't on, then the alt is most likely fine. It may be an issue with an HVAC actuator going bad. Take a look at this link and let me know if it mirrors what you are experiencing. The directions are for replacement, but it explains what happens and the symptoms.
