Noise from serpentine belt area?

Washed the motor after fixing a few oil leaks. Turned it on today and it's making a sound with the A/C on all of a sudden. Turning compressor off eliminates it. But i have a suspicion the compressor is putting load on the belt/tensioner and that it is not the compressor. I am just looking for another set of eyes. Isn't this loose? And doesn'tt this mean the tensioner is bad?

Thanks for the videos, they help. it sounds like you have a tensioner pulley that needs replacement which is common. here is how you can change the tensioner out in the images below.
