Noise but not till I put in hear and start driving

I have a rattling noise like washers on a rod sound but not till I take off driving the more gas I give the sound gets louder and I also get a jerk or surge every now and again

does it do it while driving or at idle ? if driving have a trans guy check it also check for a broken heat shield overconverter. if it does it all the timedisconnect the belt to see if it is an accessory problem.
