Hey my name is Mike, I just got my coolant changed and flushed to the proper coolant. I have noticed it is making a whining noise when I accelerate, but it just happened after I had my coolant changed. Any ideas what is wrong?

Is the whine constant with engine speed or road speed?

It is weird because the car has to be hot for it to be making the noise. On that note the car is not over heating, it is staying mid way like it should. But it is when I hit 3500 rpm's when it makes a noise. The guy who did my coolant made a mess in my engine bay, so what I am thinking is the coolant must of spilled on something it should not have.

Was thinking that as well, give it a few days and it may burn off if it is coolant and keep a check on the level as well get back to me in a few days with an up date.
