The right rear wheel make a noise when I am making a left turn, but when somebody is sitting in the rear seat I can also hear the noise, I Jacked the tire of the ground and turned the tire with my hands and I can hear the noise, but I don't feel any play in the wheel and the wheel turns freely. What could be causing the noise?

Sounds like a bad wheel bearing, they can be bad and make noise and not have play in them. Have you checked the brakes? Or removed the drum to make sure it's not something else making noise? It really sounds like a bad wheel bearing though.
