Clicking noise when the car is on

Sounds like it coming near the belt. But belts are new. Clicking noise accelerates when car is moving. Now engine makes a noise when trying to accelerate. Which takes it longer to speed up over 40 miles per hour.

I will try to upload the video of the noise as soon as the weather clears up. And also a mechanic says it sounds like the water pully bearings are rusted. He just listened to it. Not looking.

So the other mechanic said put this fuel cleaner liquid into the gas tank with a full tank. Drove a few miles to my house. An hour later after the car was off. And now the car wont start. Diagnostic says its the O2 sensor. But i don't know.
