When the wheel is cranked all the way (getting out of a cramped space) and backing up there is a knocking or scrubbing kind of noise in the passenger side front.

check for a loose shield and see if tire is hitting something like inner fender or suspension part. then have a mechanic check bearing on top of struts it may also be spring moving inside strut so shoot some oil to see if noise goes away or quiets down.
