No wipers,air or engine fan

Ok with lights off i have no wipers or air hot or cold n my engine fan dnt come on to cool the engine, but if i turn my lights on then all of those thing come on n work. I replaced the turn signal switch n it still didnt change anything. I heard that my ignition switch is bad n thats whats causeing the problem. Is that true? Please let me know. Thanks for your time.

Yes, could be ignition switch... it supplies power to the load reduction relay (the relay that supplies power to all the accessory
components).
