At times car will only spin over fast but will not fire up. When this happens there is a relay under the dash that clicks fast when key is in the on position. Also 2 of the lights on the dash flash with the relay. I believe it’s the Park and Drive light.

Welcome to 2CarPros. The common reason for this is a bad connection in the battery feed. I would start by cleaning all of the battery connections at both the battery and other end as well. Then the grounds between the body and chassis and the block and chassis. Check the fuses as well. This sounds like the starter is having problems or the battery needs to be load tested these guides can help us fix it.

Please run down these guides and report back.
