No start no crank, blinking red light

solution!
Hold down the brake pedal and the car starts! I even called dodge corporate, my brother took out the circuit board and was going to try to bypass it. the car sat for 2 weeks. recharged the battery numerous times. nothing.

Then it started one 2 days ago happened again, pulled fuses, called dodge corporate and cussed them out at least 3 times yesterday. asked some random guy if he knew anything, i gave him the keys, he got in the car, pushed the brake pedal and it started.
I remember when it sat for 2 weeks and it started again, my foot was on the brake because I was going from park to neutral trying to start.
