No crank no start and alarm is active

150,000 MILES • 3.0L • 6 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Turn key and nothing no noise no clicks nothing. Notice that alarm is active. (Red light on my rear view mirror is blinking.) No sound on alarm. What should I do to disable alarm?
