Is the security light flashing when you try to crank the engine over? If so, this guide can help you reset the system, also does this truck have an aftermarket alarm system on it?

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-reset-a-security-system

This guide can help us figure out what's going on also I have included the starter wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

There is a starter relay and fuse # f102 that need to be checked as well located in the interior fuse panel.

and

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Okay, it sounds like the starter has gone out but to be sure use a test light to check the trigger wire going to the starter. This guide can show you how and I have included the instructions on how to change the starter motor out in the diagrams below:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/starter-not-working-repair

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

It has a new starter on it. I put one on a couple weeks ago, it worked for like 1 week and then all of the sudden I have no start no crank again.

So, I checked the fuse number 101 and sure enough it was blown I swapped it out with another 30 amp fuse and it started right up.
