I had recently replaced the main relay under the glove box because it was malfunctioning causing a no start and now it won’t crank or turn over at all it does nothing when key is turned and all lights on dash come on as they are supposed to, is there a main relay for the starter because like I said it was turning over now it’s doing nothing and before when I would disconnect the relay under glove box It would then turn over but not fire up, please help me diagnose

Did you try installing the old relay to see if it crank over again? So to be sure can you confirm the engine not cranking (starter) or is the engine cranking but not running? Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on in the meantime please go over these videos

Gotcha, it sounds like the battery is no good, or you have a bad connection at the battery. I could tell for sure with a short video, but here are two guides to go over in the meantime.

and

Is this the relay you replaced? This is the starter cut relay which if it is not working the starter will not operate. Check out the images (below). This relay is on the drivers side so if you didn't mess with it I would check for power at the starter trigger wire when the key is in the crank position and if so the starter is bad. This guide can help you

The auto trans has the relay as well FYI. Did the car have this problem before you swapped out the relay? if not the relay is defective, if so we need to check for power at the starter trigger wire like it he guide above.

Where is the starter relay located I’m having a no crank no start happening, I recently had to replace the main relay on passenger side near glove box, also when I opened door one day the alarm went off randomly out of the blue

Why is it not cranking or doing anything when I turn key and battery is new

The starter relay is only used on models with a manual transmission. Both circuits are shown in the diagram. Use just the part with the blue circle over it. This circuit is very simple to diagnose but you'll have to be able to reach the starter. Measure the voltage on the smaller black / white wire on the starter solenoid. When a helper turns the ignition switch to "crank", you should find 12 volts there. If you do, but the starter doesn't engage, the solenoid is likely defective. If the solenoid makes a single, rather loud clunk, it's engaging but there's a bad connection on one of the battery cables or burned contacts inside the solenoid. For this test, it's best if you use an unpainted, rust-free part of the engine for the voltmeter's ground lead rather than the battery's negative post. Doing so will include the negative battery cable in the test.

If you do not find 12 volts on the black / white wire, we'll have to narrow this down to the individual failed component, but first, let me know what you find with this test.

Did you check the trigger wire to the starter motor like in the guide? Also, I would double check all fuses with the key one, this guide can help.

You can check it from the starter signal fuse using a test light, if the fuse gets power when you are in the crank position I would replace the starter motor. It is fuse #31 7.5 amp in the fuse panel under the dash. Let me know what happens.

Did you check the fuse for power as I suggested? Also, try tapping on the starter to see if that makes a difference. Here are what those relays do, nothing to do with the starter. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens

What are these relays for on the drivers side behjnd panel they are held in with two bolts, is it possible my ignition is going bad? To get it to start i keep turning the key until it eventually fires up and engages the starter, ao again i turn the key and nothing happens i keep doing that until it starts which makes me believe its a ignition switch problem

I have attached photo of the relays in question as they loom like this but not sure on the part number

So you need to check for power at the fuse to confirm the starter trigger is getting power. It is fuse #31 7.5 amp in the fuse panel under the dash when the key is in the crank position.

It is not cranking and you hear a clicking noise, did you check the trigger wire for power when trying to crank the engine over? If so the starter is bad or the engine is locked up, here is a video to go over to help confirm the failure.

Let me correct you, when you turn the key all yoh hear is the fuel pump priming and I hear no clicking of the starter or anything cranking it does nothing when I try to start, so my question is do I need a new starter or could it just be a fuse or a relay that is malfunctioning, cause the symptom seems to be intermittent starting, meaning it will start sometimes and be fine for a while and then it goes back to the no start no crank problem

Yep, a classic starter issue, if you check for power at the trigger wire for the starter you will know for sure.

Ok and how do I check for power at the trigger wire? Is it supposed to be getting power at the trigger wire? Can I test the trigger wire fuse and see if that is the issue or what ways are there to test this because the starter is in a hard place to get at

Yep, it says it twice in the posts before this one. Check it for power when the key is in the crank position.
