No crank, no start.
Checked and made sure the battery was fully charged. Cleaned and tightened battery connections everything was good. Tried starting in park and neutral. No start no crank. Jumped relay engine cranks. Will not start with switch. Checked all fuses front and rear fuses boxes. Checked start relay, works and making connection. Voltage at relay, voltage on relay when using start switch. Cleaned ground points on transmission on and ICM, cleaned ground point on alternator.

Is sounds like the ignition switch might be bad, let's check for power at the yellow wire from the ignition switch while the key is in the crank position. This guide can help, and I included the starter wiring diagrams so you can see how the starter system works.
