No start no crank

When I push brake to start car, it will not start the car. About thirty seconds later the instrument panel lights up and radio works. Still no start. I have had battery checked and it is fine. Thank you for your time.

Hello,

This sounds like you have a positive battery cable that is bad from the battery to the starter. When the car will not start can you move the cable around to see if it comes back to life.
