No start no crank

When in either P or N it just clicks once. No turn over. Checked battery connections tightened them and still nothing. If I keep trying to turn it over it will hit it and turn over and fire up.

Make sure terminal ends are clean then get battery checked for condition including load test. Most places do for free

Sounds like the starter could be bad as well.
