Hi,

Customer's vehicle started shutting off on the road, and they had to get someone to jump them off and then the car would shut off after. They bought a new battery and when I got to it the starter will turn once, then click, and a popping sound from the speakers will sound and the lights turned off. I've checked the battery fuses.

Good afternoon,

Did you check the battery voltage? Make sure you have 12.6 volts.

Also, the battery cables, make sure you clean them up inside and outside. It sounds like a bad connection.
