No start anti-theft security reset?

I hear a clicking in the glove box and the lights come on go back off and then no power to start the car security light was flashing last night but not today tried leaving it in the on position after trying to crank door 10 minutes three times and still nothing going to disconnect the negative cable for 5 minutes and see if that works but help I just got the car yesterday.

Hi Michelle, if you turn the key, hear a click, and then have no power, which sounds like a weak battery connection. Do me a favor. Take a look through this link and do what it indicates. Let me know if that helps.
