No start after disconnected batteries

After disconnected batteries truck cranks but will not start. checked fuses relays all good. no fuel coming from low pressure fuel pump, but plug has twelve volts pump is good because I jumped it and it goes on check battery grounds a code comes up p0627. any help would be great I have been at this for a week.

if it is anti theft see link on how to reset then truck may start. See picture for cause. it may be a bad relay or poor connection at relay which may be internal to smart junction box.
