Car sat for two months with a bad clutch, finally replaced clutch and after getting her on the road again, i could be going fifteen mph or sixty mph and suddenly it would feel like the brakes grabbed and it would lose all power and the gas pedal would not work at all. After pulling over each time this would happen the car would shut off and be hard to start back but would turn over like it was out of gas (not the case). So finally she just stopped starting altogether. So did the code scanner and it read the camshaft position sensor, replaced that, still no start. And the code will not clear. being a single mother of two boys I do not have an option of paying anyone and especially when I do not even have a ride to work. Please help me figure this out!

If the code cannot be cleared, that would mean the cam sensor( or its pickup point), its wiring or Power Control Module has a fault. I would suggest starting with unplugging the PCM and checking the connectors for clean and tight fitting.
Check for bad ground wires at engine side. Check the Cam sensor wire connector and wire for breakage.
