Is there an access panel to the fuel pump under the seat or does the tank have to be dropped? Which fuses to test before assuming pump is bad? Coil packs are stuck on plugs, all they do is stretch, and I'm worried the connector will pull out. Managed to remove one and the plug. Car tried to fire with gas down the cylinder. Thinking the pump is shot. Can't hear it running in tank but don't know if it's getting power. Inertia switch isn't tripped. Fuel shut-off switch in trunk is on. Checked most of fuses in battery junction box and a few in fuse panel under dash.

Yep, there is a fuel pump module in the trunk on the left side here is the location in the diagrams below. The fuel tank will need to be removed to change the fuel pump. Here are the instructions in the diagrams so you can see how the job is done. This video will show you how to drain the fuel before you begin:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed. I have also included the fuel pump wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and which wires to test.
