I am having a no start problem?

I’m having a no start problem. So just to give a little backstory, I was driving the car and was stopped at red light, the car stalled and shut off when I would try to turn it back on the lights and everything worked except for when I turn the key it did nothing had it towed home I have since replaced the starter and the Ignition switch it also has a brand new battery and radiator installed after putting in new starter when I turn the key it clicks rapidly but does not start.

The clicks rapidly part is telling us it is electrical, I would check the battery cables and connections to make sure they are clean and tight. Also, I still would have the battery load tested because I have seen defective batteries. The positive battery cable could be bad so inspect that as well.
