No start I changed the lock cylinder?

So, I changed the lock cylinder on my car a few weeks ago, it ran fine after that for about 2 weeks and then all of a sudden it started getting stuck in the on position. I'd have to pull a key back and by the end of that day it just doesn't start at all. Now the key just turns like there's no grip or nothing to it and none of my dash lights come on my radio comes on my windows roll down but none of the dash lights come on whatsoever.
