Engine cranks but does not start?

my car cranks but doesn't turn over for starting, what could it be?

Hi,

In most cases, either the ignition spark to the plugs is lost, or the engine isn't getting fuel. Here is what I need you to try:

See if the engine will start if you use starter fluid. If it starts and then stalls, we will know it is a fuel-related issue. If there is no change, I need you to check for spark at the plugs.
