Truck stalled, engine cranks but does not start?

Truck stalled, will turn over but won’t fire, fuel seems okay, checked for spark, no spark. Replaced coil still no fire. Possible bad ignition module not sure how to test module.

It is difficult to test the ignition module, most of the time it will be a crankshaft position sensor. You can connect a scanner and crank the engine over to see if the engine RPM is registering. Here is a guide to help and the sensor location so you can swap it out in case you need it:
