My first question is if you changed the fuel filter. If you haven't I would start there. There are a few other things that could cause these symptoms. I would recommend checking fuel pressure, even though you replaced the fuel pump there is a chance you got a faulty one or that a number of other components that can prevent you from getting fuel pressure. I have attached included a link to our tutorial on testing a fuel pump that covers these components. I am also including a link to our tutorial on how to test injectors because if the injectors aren't working you will get the same symptoms as a faulty fuel pump and no fuel pressure.
