Engine cranks but will not start, it has spark and fuel?

It sounds like the timing belt let go, but to be sure you can remove the valve cover and see if the camshaft turns when the engine is cranked over or do a compression test or upload a video of the engine cranking and I can tell you if the timing belt is the problem.
