No fuel no spark. Vats is bypassed physically and also in the tune.Do you have a troubleshooting diagram?

Good afternoon,
I attached a trouble shooting chart for you below.
I attached a wire diagram as well. Since you have a tuner, some things may not be the same.

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The ignition relay supplies voltage to the following components:
EVAP emissions system
A/C clutch relay
Ignition modules/coils
Fuel injectors
Mass airflow sensor
Oxygen sensors
Transmission control solenoids
DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
If the IGN relay fails to close:
Scan data will be available
Vehicle will crank, no start
Dash indicator lights will illuminate
