The gauge cluster lights up but says remote start disabled push button to start. It’s not a push button truck. Climate control has no power, radio has no power, windows have no power. Put the scanner on it and it says it has no ECM, but it will give the ABS codes, and it displays no VIN code or even tells what vehicle it’s hooked to. All the lights work, the horn works, locks work, key fob locks and unlocks the doors, and it has 2 new batteries.

I would turn the system on and check all fuses, this guide will help, and I have the fuse location in the images below:

If all fuses are okay, it sounds like one of the accessory relays is not working or you have a bad PCM. But I checked over the wiring diagrams and this truck (2015) does not use an ignition key? Is it possible that it is a 2014? Either way let's run a CAN scan to see what codes are stored. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

The accessory relays are integrated into the PDC which might be bad as well which should come up in the CAN scan if it is bad. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
