I cannot seem to get my truck to start. I am getting fuel and spark. I replaced my entire distributor, coil test better than a new one in the store and new plugs/wires. It cranks but does not seem to start. Last time it ran, I parked it to hook up a trailer and it has never started again. I cannot read the codes since they are just the lights and I inadvertently cleared them without writing down the number of blinks.

If you cannot read the codes then it has to be tested by a mechanic to see if he can get ones in history. Try disconnecting map sensor if it starts it will throw that code but maps used to not let these models not start. Then if it is check for soft vacuum lines sucking together to map. It will run in cold loop and gas mileage will suffer greatly so do not plan on using it like that.
