I have seen a bad positive battery cable cause this issue, it can look okay but be corroded internally. Also, it can be the alternator is still not charging even though you had it replaced, here is a guide to help test if the system is charging or not because it sounds like the battery is not being charged.

Also, make sure the DIM fuse in the rear fuse panel is okay, here is a guide to help and I have included the fuse locations as well in the images below.
