After replacing the steering column, it will not crank or start

I turn the key on it will not crank or turn over. I took and replaced the steering column with a 1999 steering column in my 1996 I don't know what I did wrong, but everything seem to plug in can you help me it was turning over fine crank and find running fine someone broke the key switch, so I replaced the whole steering column and key switch.

Clearly, we need to assume that the ignition switch is the issue since it was working prior.

We are going to have to check the crank output on the yellow wire coming from the switch.

Basically, just back probe this wire on the ignition switch connector and crank the engine. You should have 12 volts on this wire.

If you don't then either the switch is faulty, or the connection is not tight.

Below you will find the connector view that will show that we need to check the voltage on terminal C of this connector.
