The most common cause of this is fuel related so we need to start with checking the fuel pressure.

Once we know what the pressure is we can take the next steps which would be checking for spark. So, we need to remove a plug and hold it against the block while the engine is cranking. Also, take a look at the plugs and make sure they are not damaged or fouled.
