It won't crank or even start.

Hi, welcome to 2CarPros. Let me see what I can do to help you figure this out.
I understand it will not crank over. Does it make any noises at all? Do the gauges and lights on the dash come to life, bells, dingers etc., when you turn the key on? If you turn on the overhead light and try to crank the car, does the light dim? If it does it may just be a dead battery.
Have you had the battery tested? If you can take it out, most parts stores and even Wal-Mart will test them for free. Please have that tested and let me know what they say.
