oh yeah, security light flashing 2/3 seconds when key is out. when i turn it over it flashes fast on the dash. so what do you think?i put new fuel pump on it. have gas at fuel rail, but no fire .

In the diagrams down below I have included for you a description of your vehicle's Passive Anti Theft System (PATS). This system requires that your vehicle's ignition key be programmed to the Power-train Control Module (PCM) for your vehicle to start and run. The ignition key can only be programmed to your vehicle at either a locksmith or the dealership. These are your only two choices. All of the troubleshooting in my reference guides requires the use of a Ford factory scan tool and key programmer. If you would like I can get that to you if you would like. Please get back to us with what you choose to do and how things are progressing.
