No spark coil number three

Coil number three no spark, but tests okay. changed coil and ignition module even though they tested okay. got 12 volt crank and cam sensor test okay. what can cause no spark at number three coil three and six cylinders? thanks

This will be bad wiring or bad ECM. To confirm here is a guide to help test the trigger to the coil to confirm the failure:
