Hey my name is Matt I have the car listed above and I bought it 2 weeks ago. here is the story: I was driving home and the temperature pinned on the highway and I turned the key off and pulled off the car shut off so I jumped it. starts up right away as I'm pulling into my lot it stops and wont start even after jumping it. so I replaced the spark plugs and the coil. I tested the old coil it was shot so was the relay for the fuel pump. I tested the horn relay and that works. so I plugged it in and it still wont fire. the spark plugs I do not know what to do. when I turn the engine over it has compression so it's turning over. I checked the fuel line when i crank it over there for sure a lot of fuel going in.

If it was timing belt there would be no compression because only the crank would turn.

correct, if the timing belt has jumped it will have no compression and not start. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds? Also can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. I need to see the engine cranking over to tell the condition.
