No sound on radio

I bought 2 12” kickers sub-woofers for my car. I have a dual touch screen radio and I’ve bought two different wire harnesses for it. one I found out does not work for the thx sound system so I bought a new one that I saw a mechanic putting subs in the same model car as mine on YouTube. I have power but no sound. Even the subs have power to them. All wires on the harness are connected and I have checked the fuses and none are blown. I’ve tried doing research to find out what’s wrong but I still haven’t found the answer. Help please. Thank you.
